On Thursday, May 22nd, just one day before the tenth anniversary of the very first Industria Felix event, the top-performing companies from Campania were awarded the High Honour for Financial Reporting. The occasion was the 65th national event and the 8th edition dedicated to the Campania Region, held at the Auditorium of Città della Scienza in Naples.
A total of 67 corporations were recognised for their outstanding managerial performance, financial soundness, and commitment to sustainability. The selection was carried out using a proprietary algorithm applied to over 20,000 financial statements of companies with registered offices in Campania and revenues exceeding one million euros. The results were validated by a scientific committee composed of economists, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
The Campania Region reaffirmed its support for businesses that invest in innovation, employment, gender pay equality, and sustainability. In this context, inter-company collaboration increasingly emerges as a strategic lever to share costs, access new skill sets, and launch ambitious projects.

During the roundtable discussion, Dr. Valerio Locatelli, Partner and Co-Founder of M&L Consulting Group, addressed a key topic for modern enterprises: the definition of corporate strategies, the structuring of corporate governance, and tax optimisation, with a specific focus on M&A transactions and generational business transitions.
In recent years, generational succession has become a pressing issue. It is not merely about transferring ownership, but also passing on values, long-term vision, and entrepreneurial culture. Thoughtful planning is essential to avoid family conflict, safeguard the continuity of the business, and optimise the tax impact.
Dr Locatelli’s speech emphasised how strategic advisory and bespoke planning today constitute a true competitive advantage. M&L Consulting Group supports entrepreneurs in addressing future challenges through concrete tools and long-term vision.
During the event, Dr Biancamaria Prete provided an in-depth overview of the role of trusts in estate planning—highlighting this legal instrument as powerful and versatile, yet requiring a multidisciplinary approach capable of integrating legal, fiscal, and strategic expertise.
