On Thursday, 20th March 2025, took place the highly anticipated awards ceremony for the most competitive companies in the Northeast at the iconic Ferrari Museum in Maranello.
Recognized for their efficient managerial practices, financial reliability, and sustainability, stood out several companies from the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The 62nd Industria Felix event honored 70 companies, with Bologna leading in revenue, followed by Verona and Vicenza.
The selection process was carried out by a prestigious Scientific Committee after an extensive investigation of 63,000 financial statements from capital companies with revenues exceeding one million euros and headquartered in Northeast Italy during the 2023 fiscal year.

Dott.ssa Silvia Ravani
In this highly ambitious setting, Dr. Silvia Ravani, Chartered Accountant and Partner of M&L Consulting Group, as a collaborator of Industria Felix, ended the event by emphasizing the key strategies necessary for success in the business world.
This is where M&L Consulting Group comes into play - a firm specialized in strategic consulting, corporate operations, acquisitions, and sustainability.
Dr. Ravani, an industry expert, identified three key areas that companies should focus on to strengthen their market position.
Establishing well-structured corporate groups is crucial to governance efficiency and generational transition planning. This strategy optimizes business management, enabling companies to seize growth opportunities effectively.

M&A operations play a valuable role in external growth strategies. Through mergers or acquisitions, companies can expand their market share, achieve economies of scale, and gain access to new expertise. Additionally, these operations offer an exit opportunity for entrepreneurs, whether due to strategic choices or because of the lack of a generational succession plan.

Sustainability reporting, in compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, is essential for corporate strategy. Sustainability is a key factor in enhancing competitiveness while ensuring business continuity in the medium-to-long term. References were also made to the Omnibus Package, particularly regarding the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
