The Hygie31 Group, a leading player in the European healthcare sector, announces the completion of a strategic partnership with GalileoLife, an Italian company that is a leader in loyalty programs and the development of independent pharmacies. Following the successful launch of the “Pharmacie Lafayette” model in Spain, this alliance marks a new milestone in the Group’s international expansion strategy.
In an Italian market undergoing rapid transformation - driven by the liberalization of pharmacy ownership and the growth of integrated chains - the Group reaffirms its commitment to defending the model of the independent, branded pharmacy.
Founded in 2002 in Maglie, Apulia, by Vincenzo Cosi and Andrea Donno, GalileoLife is an Italian company that manages the Uniclub loyalty program, now active across a network of 680 partner pharmacies and para-pharmacies. In addition to the loyalty program, GalileoLife offers pharmacists a catalog of over 80 private-label products, digital and back-office management tools, a proprietary training offering, and commercial support provided by specialized consultants.
